Table=>File Legend ConfigurationΒΆ
This dialog box can be used to configure the legend table.
To create a new legend table right click on a diagram and select
Diagram=>Insert Field Function. Select the item
Create legend for data files (table).
Right click on the legend table to configure the legend. Choose the command
File Legend Configuration.
The order of data files and the file comment can be set in the Data=>Data Exchange (Document) dialog box.
- Display used files of the complete document
If this option is selected all files used in the document will be displayed.
- Display used files of the current page
If this option is selected only files used in the current page are displayed.
- Display used files of the selected diagram
If this option is selected all files used in the selected diagram are displayed.
- Display Symbol
A symbol will be displayed. If all curves of a data file use the same curve color, the curve color will be used for the symbol. Otherwise the curve symbol will be displayed in black.
- Display File Name
If checked the file name will be displayed.
- Display Comment
The comment can be set in the data exchange dialog box Data=>Data Exchange (Page). If the comment starts with an exclamation mark (
!), the data file will not be displayed in the legend.
- Display File attribute
A file attribute is a global NC file attribute or a channel name followed by a period followed b a point index. Example speed.1 to display the first data point of the channel speed of speed.-1 to display the last point.
- Display Header
If you want to modify the header, type into the cell name the text x. The text x will avoid that the header cell will be updated automatically.
Comment
The parameters are saved in the name of the table object.
If the action string for a data file is to Set To Zero in the data exchange
dialog box Data=>Data Exchange (Page) the file will not be displayed in the
legend.
